Below you will find the steps to fix the following error within your RingCentral Desktop App
1. Go to the Windows Search Bar at the bottom of your screen and search for "Add or Remove Programs" and click "Open"
2. Scroll down until you see RingCentral, click the three little dots on the right-hand side, and click uninstall
3. Follow the onscreen instructions until the uninstaller disappears and is no longer running
4. Click here to download the most recent version of RingCentral directly from RingCentral themselves
5. Install that new version, when it is finished you MAY be asked to sign back in
