To enroll your existing Okta account in App based MFA, follow the steps below:

1. Login to your Okta dashboard at https://apps.tru-ind.com

2. Click your name at the top right of the screen and choose Settings from the dropdown menu

3. In the Security Methods section, click on the Setup button next to Okta Verify

4. Verify your account again using your current MFA method

5. Click the Setup button, you should be presented with a QR code on your screen

6. On your mobile device, open the Okta Verify App

7. Tap the + icon at the top right of the screen

8. Tap on Organization from the Choose Account Type menu

9. Tap Add Account From Another Device

10. Tap Scan QR Code (you may be prompted for the app to access your camera, please allow that request)

11. Point your device camera at the QR code on your computer screen from Step 5

12. Choose whether or not to enable FaceID / Biometric login (recommended!)

You should now see the new App based option in your list of Security Methods on your Okta settings page. 

That's all there is to it, you will now have the option of Okta Verify (Push Notifications) when asked to authenticate your login.
