- Assist Advisor Team setting up any integrations between different systems (i.e., custodial feeds into CRM / portfolio accounting system, etc.)
- Fine tune systems for optimal efficiency (i.e., phone system tweaks, etc.)
- Identity management & security
- Multi-factor authentication
- Managed anti-virus & anti-malware updates and remediation
- Managed windows OS & application updates & patching
- Dark web monitoring for data / security breaches related to company email address, website IP address, any nominated personal email addresses
- Security awareness training (SAT) and phishing simulations for end users to increase overall firm cybersecurity posture
- SEC compliant file & email backup & retention with recovery testing
- Disaster recovery planning & testing
- eDiscovery / audit support as needed
- Hardware lifecycle management (replacement devices, secure disposal etc.) *
- Access to discounted on-site technicians if/when needed*
- Ongoing training for Advisor Team on all systems
- Migration to new software and/or systems will be defined and priced in a statement of work provided by tru

*FEE NOTICE: Advisor is responsible for cost of all hardware (including but not limited to computer, peripheral, network, infrastructure, leased equipment), equipment maintenance, printing, and website costs. These items may be paid by Advisor directly or reimbursed to tru. If applicable, any equipment lease agreement(s) will be formally assigned to Advisor post-launch.
