Open your Egnyte link from the Okta Dashboard and follow the steps below

1. Navigate to the file you wish to share
   
2. Click on Share > Share Link
   
3. Set up the setting however you would like. You can change the password to whatever you would like it to be.
   
   
   
4. Click on Get Share Link to copy it into your clipboard.
5. Paste that into a secure email sent off to your client by adding #encrypt into the Subject or Body of the email.
