To remove and then re-add your company email from your mobile device, please follow the directions below.
Please read this entire article before proceeding
iOS Devices:
BEFORE you try to remove your email account on your iOS device, please navigate to:
Settings > General then scroll to the bottom of the screen, if you see the option for Profiles, tap it then select the profile and choose Remove, this will remove your email account.
If you DO NOT see Profiles, remove your account this way:
Tap Settings > Passwords & Accounts > Exchange > Delete Account
Confirm any prompts.
To Re-Add your account:
Tap Settings > Passwords & Accounts > Add Account
Choose Microsoft Exchange
Enter your email address & tap Next
Tap Sign In
Enter your current Workplace credentials & tap Sign In
Tap Continue to confirm that you want to sign in
Tap Save
Wait a few minutes for your account to sync.
Android Devices:
To remove the existing account:
Open your phone's Settings app.
Tap Accounts. If you don't see "Accounts," tap Users & accounts.
Tap the account you want to remove > Remove account.
To Re-Add your account:
Open the G-Mail app
Tap Add an Email Address
Enter your company email address & tap Next
Enter your current Workplace credentials & tap Next
Tap Done & wait for your mail to sync.
